Leading Irish owned accountancy firm Moore Stephens has today launched its rebrand to Moore. The firm which has offices in Dublin andCork employing over 130 people is ranked in the top 10 accountancy practices in Ireland.
Speaking on today’s launch, Moore Managing Partner Ned Murphy said: “The rebrand marks the continuing evolution of our international network of independent accountancy firms which has a presence in over 112 countries. The new brand position is ‘Helping you thrive in a changing world’ and this is the mind-set we bring every day to what we do for our clients’’.
The firm is about to celebrate 50 years since it was established in Cork in 1970. It is now a market leader in areas including the Credit Union Sector, Medical & Professional, Education, Technology and SMEs.
The Foreign Direct Investment wing of the office has seen double digit growth for the last two years and enquiries from abroad on establishing an operation in Ireland have never been as high, undoubtedly driven by Brexit concerns which are stimulating UK and US companies to look at Ireland as a Brexit solution.
The firm’s tax department is growing rapidly with six key high level appointments made in the last few months in both Dublin and Cork offices.
In the current economic climate Moore’s dedicated corporate finance specialists are increasingly leveraging their significant network of investors and lenders to arrange funding for SMEs to support their sustainable national and international growth. This demand from our small-to-medium clients marks a shift from five years ago, when the majority of our work in this area was focused on debt resolution.
Today’s launch, which consists of a new name, visual identity and brand positioning, is part of a wider rebrand of the Moore Stephens global accountancy and consultancy network.
