Susie Horgan, Springboard’s Managing Director, will speak at Outsource’s Annual Conference for the legal profession, entitled “Legal Practice Management Sustaining Profits, Improving Cashflow, and Protecting your Firm”. The half-day conferences, organised by Outsource, Ireland’s leading business advisors for law firms, will be held in locations across the country, with Susie speaking on the 27^th of October in Cork and the 28^th of October in Galway.

The conference will focus on key topics for solicitors in practice in 2016, including: cashflow management; recruiting, retaining and rewarding employees; trends in buying, selling and merging practices; and how to market your firm.

Susie will share her expertise in marketing and public relations for professional services firms, giving attendees the opportunity to discover how to capture new business leads and nurture existing clients for strategic growth.
